This course will provide an introduction to banking and the Chart of Accounts within MYOB Business Essentials, and will include but not be limited to the process for setting up the MYOB bank feed facility, the process for reconciling transactions in MYOB Business Essentials, allocation rules for new transactions, and importing statements.

This course will take a close look at working with contacts in MYOB Business Essentials, including but not limited to setting up business contacts and setting up customers and suppliers.

This course will provide an overview of setting up items in MYOB Business Essentials, the goods and services that a business may buy, sell, hire, lease or otherwise offer for payment. It will include but not be limited to setting up stock items, how to add stock or service items to quotes and invoices, and how to filter and search for items.

This course will provide an introduction to managing sales in MYOB Business Essentials, including but not limited to sending quotes to customers, how to view, create and edit customer invoices, and how to process payments, returns and credits.

This course will provide an overview of managing bills in MYOB Business Essentials, including but not limited to the process for creating bills using MYOB, how to enter payments against bills, and creating supplier returns.

This course will provide an introduction to reporting within MYOB Business Essentials, including but not limited to how to navigate the reports menu, how to generate reports and what each of the reports represents.

In this course, you will be introduced to payroll in Australia and using MYOB Essentials Payroll. The course will look at using software, ATO obligations, Workers Compensation, and Superannuation to ensure you are meeting your requirements as an employer.
In this course, you will be introduced to linked accounts, look at how to import data and add users. You will work with pay items and set up leave, superannuation, deductions, wages and salary items.
In this course, you will be introduced to setting up employees and individuals. The correct set up is vital to ensure employees are paid correctly. You will create a new employee and load all the payroll and payment details required before the first pay run.
In this course, you will be introduced to single touch payroll (STP) which is built into MYOB Essentials payroll. You will set up STP and look at how to connect to the Australian Tax Office (ATO).
In this course, you will be introduced to processing pays using timesheets and salary pays, and setting up jobs to track wage costs for employees.
In this course, you will be introduced to paying superannuation and how to set up Pay Super in MYOB, and how to run and customise reports.
