Use a professional address — ideally firstname.lastname@. Avoid nicknames, slang, or novelty numbers. Keep one address dedicated to applications.
Be specific and front-load the point. Aim for 6–10 words.
Intent decides recipients: To = owners/action. Cc = visibility only. Bcc = discreet copy when needed.
