Aim for 250 to 350 words on one page. Use a clean font such as Arial or Calibri at 11 to 12 pt.

The 4 part structure

  1. Opening State the role, where you saw it, and one reason you fit.
  2. Proof Two to three short bullets using results. Use the STAR idea: situation, task, action, result.
  3. Fit Link your strengths to the company goals or values.
  4. Close Ask for an interview and confirm availability.
