Aim for 250 to 350 words on one page. Use a clean font such as Arial or Calibri at 11 to 12 pt.

- Proof Two to three short bullets using results. Use the STAR idea: situation, task, action, result.
- Fit Link your strengths to the company goals or values.
- Close Ask for an interview and confirm availability.
